Online Banking Troubleshooting

Trust Computer

  • If you prefer not to answer the challenge questions when logging into online banking on your personal device, you may select the "Trust This Computer" option on the page where you enter your password.

 

 

 

Login options for EBANK App

  • Our mobile banking app offers multiple options to login. The options include Full, Pin, Face ID and Swipe. These options offer you a faster way to login on the app! You can adjust the login options in your app by clicking the three horizontal bars in the top right of your app. Then click settings and turn on the button for the login option you would like.

 

 

QuickBooks online connection issues

  • If you are having trouble connecting to QuickBooks you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
    • Login to online banking and go to “User Settings”
    • Select “Third Party Users”
    • Select “Create New Third Party User”
    • Create a new user and which accounts this user can view
    • Select “Add User”
    • Login to QuickBooks
    • Select “Edit sign in info” on your EBANK account
    • Login using the Third Party User credentials you created

Reset Password

  • If you enter or forget your password while logging in you can select “Forgot your password?” on the page that appears once you have failed at logging in
  • This will take you to a password reset page where you enter your UserID, Email and custom email subject
  • You will receive an email from EBANK OnlineHelp with a link to reset your password
  • Enter your UserID and Email
  • Then login like normal and the last page will allow you to create a new password
