Two-step Verification

After configurating Two-step verification (2SV), you will enter your User ID and existing login credentials as normal, but there will be a new step to enter a One Time Password, The One Time Password will come from an authenticator app on your smartphone. To generate the One Time Password using an authenticator app, you will need to get an authenticator app that supports time based One Time password on your smartphone. 

After you activate 2SV, you may not be able to access your Earlham Savings Bank accounts through third-party financial sites.

User Instructions:

1. On your smart phone, download one of the apps listed below

2. On a desktop computer, login to online banking

3.Click User Settings

4. Under User Settings click Two-Step Verification

5. Follow the rest of the steps listed under Setup Below

Set Up

1. Open your authenticator app

2. Add a new online account and scan the QR code below or enter the key

Key: A Key Code will display here

Use this key to manually add the online account in the authenticator app. Enter an account name and the above key. Do not include the spaces. Only numbers 2-7 are included. Make sure to select Time based.

3. After scanning the QR code or entering the key, enter the One Time Password generated by the app (without spaces).
